Somewhere I heard that music is a great way to help with memory recall. When I listen to 90s music it brings me back to simpler times, my childhood, a carefree era of my life when worries were minimal and days were spent playing. Early 2000s music brings me back to my adolescence, coming of age, growing up fast and that in-between feeling of being a child and a young adult.
